Looking for a unique well-being and relaxation experience within 15 minutes from our studios and apartments?  In the heart of Old Montreal, Spa by Valmont is the dream location!  Courteous and attentive, the staff explains the origins and benefits of the proprietary Swiss-made age-defying bio cellular technology products used during their care sessions.   Whether you spend a couple hours or even the whole day, you are sure to leave this spa refreshed.

As you walk out from your “spa-capade’, you can meander through the old stone paved streets of Old Montreal and soak in the history going back to the foundation of our city.  In fact, the Des Recollets area stills boasts many buildings dating to 1851-1880, not the least of which being the 446 Sainte Hélène where the Jacob-Henry-Joseph warehouse stores were located in 1863-1864.  Gourmet restaurants, artisan and native boutiques, museums and cultural events abound in this neighborhood where you are garanteed not to get bored.  Why don’t you stop by!

Spa by Valmont is located at 446 Sainte-Hélène, Old Montreal (near Square Victoria Metro)

Pointe-à-Callière is situated at 350 Place Royale (corner de la Commune), Old Montreal
