Arrival at the apartment
Prior to your arrival, when you will get the information, it is important that you confirm with us the date and time of your arrival so we can plan an appointment to meet you at the building where your apartment is located to handle the keys and to fill up the rental contract with you.
The first month rent is payable at your arrival. We accept major credit cards (2% transaction fees charged), cheque, traveller’s cheques or cash. Everything in Canadian currency. Please plan ahead!
If you are coming directly from the airport, after getting your luggage and going through the custom, we ask you to give us a call at 514-831-8753 just before taking a taxi. We will then be able to know exactly that you will be downtown in the next 30 minutes; we will not have to wait for each other in front of the building.
